How to download and open a PDF form

It is important to note that most web browsers do not have the capability to open, fill, and save PDF forms. Additionally, mobile devices such as iPads, tablets, and cell phones are also unable to open and fill PDF forms. In order to properly fill and save PDF forms, it is necessary to download the form to a computer and open it using Adobe Reader® 10 or a more recent version.
