Important Delivery & Payment Update Regarding Potential Canada Post Strike

Please be advised of an impending situation that could significantly impact our logistics and payment processing. A potential Canada Post strike is slated to begin as early as May 22, 2025.

What this means for your orders:

Should a strike occur, significant shipping delays are expected across the country. This means your packages could be held up or temporarily undeliverable.

To ensure your orders reach you with minimal disruption, we strongly advise you to avoid using the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment method during this period. CoD relies directly on Canada Post services, and choosing it during a strike will cause significant delays to your delivery.

Furthermore, we urge all customers to use a street address for your shipping address instead of a P.O. Box. This is crucial because using a street address will allow us to utilize alternative couriers for delivery, helping to bypass Canada Post disruptions.

How you can prepare:

  • Switch to alternative payment methods: We hightly recommend using e-transfer or credit card payments for all orders placed during the potential strike.
  • Update your shipping address: If you currently use a P.O. Box, please change your shipping address to a street address to enable alternative delivery options.
  • Order in advance: Placing your orders ahead of the potential May 22nd strike date is also highly recommended to avoid any unforeseen delays.

We want to make sure you receive your products as smoothly as possible. Your proactive steps now will help us minimize any impact on your business. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as they become available.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate this potential challenge together.

Sincerely,
