1. What is the maximum amount of points I can redeem per order?
You can redeem a maximum of 1,000 points per order, which is equivalent to a $1,000 discount.
2. How does the 50% subtotal requirement work?
Your point redemption cannot exceed 50% of your order's subtotal. For example, to use $100 worth of points, your subtotal must be at least $200. Similarly, to use a $500 or $1,000 discount, your subtotal must exceed $5,000 or $10,000 respectively.
3. Will I earn points for shipping fees?
No, When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.
4. Will I earn points for tax fees?
No, When calculating the amount of points earned, the taxes are excluded.
5. Will I earn points for discounted products?
No. When calculating the amount of points earned, all items which have been discounted are excluded.
6. Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?
Yes. Please note, any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.
7. Will I earn points for Excise Stamped Vape products?
No. Please note that all Excise Stamped Vapes are excluded from the list of products that are eligible for reward points.
8. Will I get a discount when buying bulk?
No. We don't offer volume discount to customers. Instead, we give reward points for every dollar you spend on our website. Reward point percentage starts from as low as 5% and rises up to 8%.
