Lighters, torches and hemp wick are products that are all used for the purpose of heating cannabis flower or extracts to temperatures where they can be inhaled through a smoking device or vaporizer. Lighters and hemp wick are generally used with cannabis flower products, while torches are far more powerful and are specifically used to heat bangers to temperatures hot enough to vaporize and combust cannabis extracts like wax, shatter, and live resin.
