Why should I try warehouse pickup?
It's simple and it saves you time and money! Order online and save on shipping by picking up your order at the warehouse. Plus, Warehouse pickup is totally FREE.
When will my online order be ready for pickup?
Items ordered online will be available for pickup within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. This will vary depending on number of items.
How long will you hold my order?
We'll store your order in a secure location for 7 days starting the day it's ready for pickup. Orders that are not picked up in this timeframe will be cancelled and a refund will be made to your original method of payment.
Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?
An email will be sent to you with warehouse directions. Your pickup point will either be at the main entrance or at the back of the warehouse depending on number of items.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, If someone else picks up the order, we will ask for the name on the order and the order number. Please ensure the person picking up the order has this information.
Can I return a Pickup order?
Absolutely! You can return your online item to our warehouse or by mail. Just make sure to have your shipping confirmation email available as we require it as the receipt. Always check our return policy before making a return.
