Our shipping policies

1. Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day if it is placed by noon (Eastern Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Shipping time frames

Free shipping is available for orders over $1,000 before tax and after all discounts have been applied, except for shipments to NL, NU, NT, and YK.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Ground shipping takes about 4-10 business days after dispatched. If you are located in Greater Toronto Area or near, delivery can be faster.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes

onewholesale.ca ships to addresses within Canada. We don't ship to private PO box address.

4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has dispatched together with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2. International Shipping Policy

Customs Clearance, Duties and Taxes

onewholesale.ca is not responsible for any custom clearance processes, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All the importing process related customs are customers responsibility.

3. Shipping Damages

If you have received damaged item(s), YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, They might need to collect the merchandises and packages for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether if they wish to inspect the package or not we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.

4. Return Policy

All online store sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges are allowed if the product is returned in the original package un-used. Shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise stated elsewhere in page.

5. Restocking fees for returned merchandise

Restocking fee 10% of your total purchased amount will be charged and you will be credited the total amount of the purchase after the restocking fee is applied.
