How it works?

    1. Submit Application
      Applicants must complete the E-Distribution Application Form.
    2. Approval & Product Sync
      Upon approval, eligible products from onewholesale.ca are synchronized to the applicant's store.
    3. Receive Customer Orders
      The applicant receives orders directly from their own customers through their store.
    4. Order Processing
      Once an order is placed, it is automatically imported into onewholesale.ca as draft order.
    5. Order Creation
    • Store Pickup: Finalize your order without adding shipping costs for a complimentary local collection.
    • Calculated Shipping: Utilize our integrated calculator to add actual, real-time shipping rates to your final total.
Program Enrollment & Subscription
To access our exclusive E-Distribution network, a formal account activation is required. This ensures that our resources are dedicated to committed partners who are ready to scale their business with our premium inventory and fulfillment infrastructure.
  • Monthly Subscription Fee: A recurring fee of CAD $100 is required to maintain your active status within the program.
  • Value Proposition: This fee covers your access to our real-time inventory API, priority packing, and "blind" shipping services.
Payment Guidelines & Procedures
To ensure your dropshipping orders move through our warehouse without delay, please adhere to the following professional payment protocols:
  • Exclusive Payment Method: All dropshipping transactions must be finalized via Interac e-Transfer to our designated corporate account.
  • Security & Verification: We utilize secure e-Transfer protocols to verify funds quickly, which triggers the immediate release of your order to the packing station.
  • Fulfillment Speed: Payments received via e-Transfer allow for faster dispatch compared to traditional methods that require lengthy clearing periods.
Program Exclusions & Policies
To maintain our highly competitive wholesale pricing structure for the E-Distribution, certain benefits are excluded:
  • Reward Point Exclusion: Please note that Reward Points are not accrued or redeemable for any E-Distribution transactions.
  • Pricing Optimization: Our E-Distribution rates are pre-optimized for volume, and therefore do not qualify for additional loyalty point stacking.
  • Account Separation: Reward point balances from wholesale accounts cannot be applied to E-Distribution orders at checkout.
  • Program Integrity: This exclusion allows us to focus on providing the lowest possible base cost for our inventory and fulfillment needs.
