      Download and authorize the app on your Shopify store to instantly link your platform with our warehouse. No separate application form is required.
    2. Browse & Sync Products
      Access the Master Catalog menu within the app. Select the items you wish to carry and sync them directly to your store with real-time data accuracy.
    3. Receive Customer Orders
      Your customers place orders directly through your website. You maintain full control over the retail customer experience and branding.
    4. Automated Draft Creation
      Orders are automatically imported into onewholesale.ca as draft orders, eliminating manual data entry and reducing fulfillment errors.
    5. Finalize & Ship
    • Store Pickup: Finalize the order without shipping costs for a complimentary local collection at our warehouse.
    • Calculated Shipping: Use our integrated real-time calculator to add actual shipping rates to your final total.
Program Enrollment & Subscription

  • Monthly Subscription Fee: A recurring fee of CAD $100 is required to maintain your active connection and program status.

Payment Guidelines & Procedures
To ensure your dropshipping orders move through our warehouse without delay, please adhere to the following professional payment protocols:
  • Exclusive Payment Method: All dropshipping transactions must be finalized via Interac e-Transfer to our designated corporate account.
  • Security & Verification: We utilize secure e-Transfer protocols to verify funds quickly, which triggers the immediate release of your order to the packing station.
  • Fulfillment Speed: Payments received via e-Transfer allow for faster dispatch compared to traditional methods that require lengthy clearing periods.
Program Exclusions & Policies
To maintain our highly competitive wholesale pricing structure for the E-Distribution, certain benefits are excluded:
  • Reward Point Exclusion: Please note that Reward Points are not accrued or redeemable for any E-Distribution transactions.
  • Pricing Optimization: Our E-Distribution rates are pre-optimized for volume, and therefore do not qualify for additional loyalty point stacking.
  • Account Separation: Reward point balances from wholesale accounts cannot be applied to E-Distribution orders at checkout.
  • Program Integrity: This exclusion allows us to focus on providing the lowest possible base cost for our inventory and fulfillment needs.
