What is Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a retailer(You) doesn't keep the products it offers in stock. Instead, when a customer buys a product from the retailers online store like yours, you purchase the item from our inventory and we  (onewholesale.ca) ship it out directly to your customer. As a result, you never sees or handles the product. This means you can start your business with less capital, a large selection of products and no shipping worries.

How it works

    How do I start?

    • Complete the onewholesale.ca's DropShipping Inquiry Form and submit it to us. (You will receive a code to sync products from onewholesale.ca to your store after we review your request. This process usually takes 1-3 business days.)
    • Download and install the required apps on your online store from the Shopify app store. (We will send you an installation guide by e-mail you provided)
    *The app allows you to sync inventory in real time from onewholesale.ca online store so you would not have to worry about the inventory anymore. 
    • List products on your store and start to sell them.

    Dropshipping Fees and Policies

    Dropshipping Agreement between you, here in after "Vendor", and onewholesale.ca doing business as onewholesale.ca here in after "Supplier", whose address is 606 Magnetic Dr, Toronto ON M3J 2C4

    1. The Dropshipping fee is 30% of the wholesale price.
    2. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a supplier mistake of defective product.
    3. The order can be cancelled before it is shipped. The supplier is unable to cancel the order once it has shipped.
    4. All shipping returns due to a mistake by the vendor (i.e. Wrong shipping address) or end user order refusal can be re-shipped at the vendor's expense. If the vendor would prefer to cancel the order, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
    5. The supplier is responsible for shipping related issues of lost, damaged, missing or wrong item(s). The vendor must provide photographic proof within 72 hours of the delivery.
    6. The supplier only ships to the USA and Canada.
    7. The vendor is responsible for all issues related to USA customs.
    8. The vendor is solely responsible for the products sold to their customers.
    9. By placing an order, the vendor accepts all supplier's terms and policies. The supplier reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this agreement with notice to the customer.

    *Dropshipping fee covers all damaged product and lost package in transit.

    *Dropshipping fee covers all shipping material.

    *Dropshipping fee does not include the shipping cost.

    *The fee will be applied manually on your invoice for the wholesale price of the products.
