  1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    Our standard shipping method is Canada Post Ground(USPS Priority) which takes 4-10 business days to USA, but we also offer Canada Post Xpresspost(USPS Express) which takes 3-5 business days.

    We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders placed before 12:00 PM Easter Time shipping same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the next business day.

    *Delivery dates are only estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by customs, weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.

  8. Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel if order is not shipped. You need to contact us by email before daily dispatching time 12pm(ET) If order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  9. I received damaged product in shipping. What should I do?
    If any item in your order is damaged upon arrival DO NOT USE THE DAMAGED ITEM OR TRY TO FIX THEM. Please email us at including order number and clear photos of product(close up and entire shot) within 24 hours of delivery.

    All glass products does not come with the warranty because it is fragile.
